Abigail Rose Solomon

Abigail grew up playing male roles (often cockney drunks) at her all-girls school in New York City. With a fondness for physical comedy and ease with dialects, she is a character actor at heart.  She tends to throw herself completely into each role, whether it’s a George Bernard Shaw ingenue or a demon possessed aunt in a Blumhouse horror movie.  These days she’s been enjoying the naturalism of indie films, playing everything from moms to senators.  Abigail has performed in every genre from Shakespeare to soap operas and has shared stage and screen with Mahershala Ali, Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker and David Hyde Pierce, among others. She performed a one-woman show in schools for years, so she can perform through anything. She is highly collaborative, a good listener and takes direction well.  Abigail believes in the power of storytelling to generate empathy and tolerance.  Aways on the go, Abigail loves to travel by car, plane, bike or skis.  She spent a good chunk of her adult life in California but is now back in NYC with her large family.  Abigail loves nothing more than combining travel and work, and is a local hire in many major cities.
